Building the feminist movement in Namibia
Welcome to Sister Namibia! We are a feminist organisation based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Our aim is to build the feminist movement in Namibia.
Our regular activities include publishing the bi-monthly Sister Namibia magazine and distributing it widely to the non-governmental and community based organisations in Namibia, Africa and the world.
We are currently developing the Sexual Rights for All! Campaign, a Young Feminists Programme and an outreach programme for building feminist consciousness more broadly.
We house a resource centre with materials on feminisms and gender issues in Windhoek, and run a satellite office in Ongwediva in northern Namibia.
